"Loved the location, staff was accommodating in the hotel, spa, and restaurant. Our suite with living room had a fireplace and dining and lounging deck overlooking the lake. "

"Reception staff were really helpful when we turned up having failed to get into the property we were booked into. We booked through Expedia while at the reception desk after they confirmed that the room (the only room available) could be changed to a twin. As there was no one else available, the reception staff went to make the change themselves. Room was clean and as described with views of lake and mountains."
