"Room smelled horrible and no one cared or came to inspect the issue. I turned off the AC and it got better with the windows open but was humid. Very disappointed. No other room was offered and no refund either."

"fixtures in bathroom not secure in tub . bathroom in need of repair. Breakfast not very good. empty food containers, stale bagels & pastries, second day we just went out to a restaurant. not up to par for a Radisson"
