"I booked this hotel based on its high ratings, so I was surprised by my experience. I'm not sure how this property has an 8/10 rating. The hotel felt old and had an unpleasant smell. The shower drained very slowly, the water pressure was poor, and the Wi-Fi was so weak that I couldn't even connect to it. I stayed for a few days while visiting the area. "The front desk staff were all great. The gentleman in the breakfast room kept things very tidy and the food was well prepared and plentiful. The room was nice and clean. The only negative was a cloudy pool so we did not use it."

"The hotel room were nice; however, they have a quite time from 10pm-6am so you can't used the workout room after 8pm and they just had a basic breakfast, no waffles, The room was clean, the staff were really nice & helpful. I would stay at this time again when I'm in the area."

"The only problem we had was on Tuesday night the front desk person took and gave a key to a woman to our room in 119 And she was not with my party at all. It was just me and my wife in bed and she walked in with a key through the access of a key card. I talked to the manager at the front desk. "I felt this room was a health hazard. The carpet was wet and musty from humidity which left the tile wet when walked on. (Slipped but didn't fall.) The bathroom smelled like methane gas or sulfur our entire stay. The rubber seal on the bottom of the shower door is missing so water leaked onto the floor unless we figured a way to stuff a face cloth in the opening.
