It is an old, tired, dreary and run down ‘renovated’ tenament building, The sink drain didn’t work, the walls were stained and the mini fridge turned out not to be working with spoiled food in the morning. Expedia apparently did not vet this property and had the audacity to charge $212.00. I arrived at 8:00 pm to the hotel after a long day of travel. It was too late to find another nearby property. "Exceptionally clean room, convenient, close to everything, most importatnly, close to the maganificent Brooklyn Brridge. Great custormer service. outstanding breakfast. "

"The rooms are simplistic, but adequate for traveller. Bed very comfy and showers decent and water is hot. Breakfast is ideal to keep you going muffins, bagels tea or coffee in a small basement area at the hotel."

"I booked the King suite. Room was nice only down side was the bathroom only had a walk in shower no bath/tub so this caused entire bathroom to flood each time you showered, also water poured out of tiles from side of walls in the bathroom while showering. Another downside, the hotel offered a high roof top bar that advertised open 24/7. I stayed from 7th-10th and bar was not open not one day of my stay and hotel stated they were a separate entity and not sure why they wasnt open. Hotel staff not...

"Everything was perfect. I loved my room, the room was well-stocked with everything. The concierge and front desk staff greeted you every time you walked through the lobby on your way out and on your way in. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating and the property is immaculate. I have been traveling to nyc once a month for 5 years now for my job and have stayed in plenty of hotels and hands down Artezen has been the best stay in nyc by far. "

"I stayed at Arlo Soho in NYC Aug. 6-8. Their Hotels.com profile included free Wi-Fi and gym in the amenities. However, I was charged an additional “resort fee” of $34/day for Wi-Fi, gym, “bike access,” and two cans of water. Ripoff!"
