Le séjour moyen , la femme de ménage n’est passé que une fois sur 4 jours mais heureusement que la femme a la sécurité était très agréable et me guider sinon en général bon séjour.

C'est Décevant
C'est décevant sur tous les plans. 3h d'attente pour avoir la chambre (16h40). 50% des résidents sont des enfants moins de 10 ans. Climatisation Hall et Restaurants est presque inexistante 32° au restaurant et 30° au Hall. Il faut réclamer à la réception à 21h pour qu'ils appellent le Directeur chez lui pour autoriser la Clim à la réception. Le All Inclus est limité à des boissons bas de gamme (Eau et Bière chaude, ...). Personnel en sous effectif. Des Verres jetables en plastique de bas de gamme ...

A l’exception de notre chambre qui n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes ( meubles cassés, fuite d’eau dans la salle de bains…) le reste a été très bien : mention spéciale à la restauration qualitative et variée. Très belle palmeraie bien entrenue, piscines intérieures et extérieures très agréables. Je recommanderai cet établissement.

Séjour rapide mais efficace, chambre peu spacieuse en revanche et eau salée dans la salle de bain. Population à majorité anglo-saxonne qui semble s'y plaire, malheureusement cet éternel problème des serveurs qui semblent vous ignorer préférant faire des courbettes aux cheveux blonds...triste!

La struttura è molto bella e il giardino è curatissimo e pulito La pulizia è curata quasi ovunque La camera vista mare molto gradevole La piscina è bellissima peccato che manca il controllo per quanto riguarda le norme di sicurezza e il distanziamento vista l' emergenza sanitaria che il personale dell' albergo dovrebbe attuare ma che purtroppo lo fa, tra l" altro anche la totale mancanza di ordine e pulizia perché ciò che lasci alla sera lo ritrovi al mattino nella stessa posizione e questo fa capire la totale mancanza di pulizia e di igienizzazione e oltretutto cosa assai grave, la negligenza assoluta dei bagnini che non fanno assolutamente la vigilanza necessaria Per quanto riguarda la cucina ... un disastro assoluto ! Il bouffet ha una vasta scelta di cibo ma è tutto super speziato e ogni cosa anche se diversa ha lo stesso sapore Non so il vero motivo ma abbiamo avuto tutti disturbi intestinali per tutta la durata della vacanza Camerieri ... completamente inefficienti tranne qualcuno con un po' più di esperienza Se venisse gestita meglio la piscina e curata molto meglio la cucina sarebbe perfetto!

Nonostante l'alta affluenza di ospiti in questo periodo di alta stagione, facciamo del nostro meglio per poter garantire la sicurezza e il relax di ciascuno dei nostri ospiti e ci scusiamo se questo impegno non è stato percepito da parte sua. Ci rattrista, inoltre, leggere che le misure di sicurezza implementate presso l'hotel nell'ambito del nostro esclusivo programma We Care About You non siano state all'altezza delle sue aspettative. Questo programma, che include più di 60 misure specifiche all'interno dei nostri alberghi, include anche la valutazione continua del rischio e l'ispezione periodica da parte di società autorizzate, esterne ed indipendenti. Grazie per aver condiviso la sua esperienza e le sue opinioni con noi. Prendiamo nota del suo commento per poter analizzare se questa circostanza si ripeta ed eventualmente attuare misure aggiuntive nella struttura. Siamo comunque felici di leggere che abbia apprezzato la bellezza generale dell'albergo.
