CESAR IS A NIGHT CLUB NOT A HOTEL

I booked a four night stay at Hotel Cesar Hotel. On the positive side the room was clean and the wifi connection was very good. The breakfast was tasteless and plastic the cook had made no effort whatsoever. We stayed on the fourth floor the room comfort and neighbourhood were shattered by the loud music from the 6th Floor "Zanzibur Diner" and ground floor Casino. The music started late and carried on in the early hours of the morning 3 am. It was like trying to sleep in the middle of a night club. If we wanted to sleep in night club we would have booked a night club. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO STAY AT A NIGHT CLUB AND DON'T REQUIRE TO SLEEP.

Not secure!

I got my cellfone and some coins stolen from my luggage. Goods were stolen inside my room. I informed the reseption of happened teft, they just came to my room and rumbled trouhgt my stuff and clothes. Ofcourse they did not find anything, reseption wanted me to pay for the safetybox after my money and phone were gone. They also sayed that they are going to ask director what he is going to do. NOTHING HAPPENED! Left the ceasars palace without my money or cellphone. Please don go here, it is not safe.

Personnel tres desagreable Loin de la plage Plage minuscule, chaise longue payante!! Piscine affreuse avec eau opaque!! Choix de restauration tres tres limité et de mauvaise qualité

Un sommier comme matelas!

Hotel qui a vu de meilleurs jours. Viellissant, quoi que bien situé. Le plancher de la chamber n'avait visiblement pas été nettoyé entre les clients... le matelas était plutot un sommier dur comme je la roche, le sofa lit aurait été plus confortable. Petit déjeuner standard à la Tunisienne. Ne pas frequenter à moins d'avoir une bonne raison!

Hotel en bon état, propre et bien situé. Dommage que le service ne soit pas à la hauteur, personnel parfois désagréable.

Terrasse avec vue sur la mer très agréable au petit déjeuner. Parfois odeur d’égout dans la chambre. Dommage pour la piscine, toute petite et eau sale. Restaurant de l'hôtel moyen. Plage à proximité très moyenne et salle. Chambre agréable avec un lit big size et sdb bien. Rached de l'hôtel TRES TRES sympa !

Good tradoff quality/price

the hotel is in the hart of the touristic city. there is a couple of supermarkets and a lot of cofee shops and restaurants close to the hotel. the room cleanliness is ok! the breakfast is average! to conclude it's good tradoff quality price.

Moyen, a l arrivee il ny avait pas d internet, donc jai du trouver un espace informatique pour leur ramener un document attestant la reservation. Ensuite internet nest revenu que 2 jours apres. Le reseau wifi est presque inexistant a moin de camper ds le couloir. Une seule chaine francaise a la tele avec une image brouillee tte les 2 sec.la discoteque de l hotel est un vrai saloon ou il faut consommer sans cesse a defaut de se faire virer par la securite!lhotel est bien placé mais la plage reservée est minuscule, n accueillant que 15 personnes max. Decu par le resultat malgre les belles photos proposées par le sit.

At first we have found difficulties convincing the receptionist that the room was fully paid through Hoels.com as he wanted us to pay again in Tunisian Dinars things went smoothly from then on. The hotel was well located clean the staff very fiendly and the food wa not bad at all. To be recommended but please make sure that those who run the hotel understand how things work with Hotel.com.

Not So Cesar Palace Like In U.S.A.

Hotel rooms were extremely luxurious with massive double bed,massive mirror,generous bathroom space would happily give the rooms alone 10 out of 10.Air condiotioning was perfect so made for the perfect nights sleep after a long day on the beach and your body needing that cool breeze to cool you down..On to the negatives for the amount of money your paying the swimming pool is the size of my baby sisters paddling pool that came from Argos,Bar consists of a few chairs no atmosphere for a Hotel in peak location on the Sousse strip,breakfast was average consisted of a few eggs & ruiny tomatoes..reception staff where clueless..I love Tunisia and stayed in so many better,classy hotels would recommend aiming for 4 to 5 stars..how Cesar is 4 stars is beyond me..3 stars at maximum. Taking everything in to account my Final Score is 6/10

Good value for your money

I stayed in this hotel 1 week with my boyfriend. We had a good time there. Breakfast was good, the room was very nice, beds very hard though. U will love this hotel if u spend a lot of time out of the hotel during the day - because the pool was very small. Only bad thing is that they have a bar downstairs and the music there can be really noisy at night.

Un superbe Hotel , grande chambres , bar , tout et bon sauf le service il est pas digne de cette Hotel ... Il faut réclamer et demander les même services tout les jours .. A part ça une superbe aidée de passer des vacances au César sousse..

Took A Gamble & Lost

My wife described it best: This hotel seems like it was designed by someone who had never stayed in a hotel before. When we booked this hotel, we knew we were taking a risk. There were no reviews to judge it by, as it was so new. But the price was low, and it looked like the location was right. It is in fact just about as far down along the tourist strip as possible, and it is a quite far back from the water. To go down to the water (and definitely not a beach) you would have to walk a few minutes down a sidewalk that was pitch dark at night. But as to the hotel itself: Where to start? Sure it is brand-new and clean, and the staff is friendly enough, but there are at least two glaring problems. One is the hardest, least comfortable bed I've ever slept on, and I have slept in some pretty rough places. The other is that it is attached to a nightclub/casino that blasts loud music until 2AM. Once again, I have stayed near loud music before, but this took the prize for loudest. No earplugs could dim the racket. Avoid at all costs!
