The food on the first night was almost inedible: we sent back the mahi mahi (I think that's what it was) because it was so rock hard/overcooked that it wouldn't chew down. "This is our third stay here and Rosalie Bay’s location in the rain forest and by a turtle nesting beach and nature trail are part of its charm. One feels truly remote here. We love the gym to workout in with birds flying in to join and the pool which feels like a rainforest pool wuth its dark colors. "I booked a 10-day stay over Carnival (MasDomnik) at Pinnards Mountain Resort, and it was such a refreshing scenic escape. The mountain views and peaceful atmosphere truly gave that relaxing “getaway” vibe while still being close enough to enjoy the festivities.
