Well located the hotel is on the city mall area. 5 minutes from down town. It is a usual Ibis hotel, basic but clean and affordable.

Gostei muito das instalações do hotel, embora tenha sempre a questão do espaço mais limitado. Mas o banheiro do quarto que fiquei era maior do que outros que fiquei na rede. Ótima localização em Itu, e a integração com o shopping facilita demais a estadia para alimentação e serviços. Tudo muito limpinho e organizado. Minha experiência foi ótima.

Foi bom mas tivemos uma certa dificuldade no check in. Tínhamos avisado quando reservamos o quarto que talvez precisássemos entrar no quarto antes das 11h e foi falado que, se tivesse disponibilidade nao seria um problema. Na hora, no entanto, quiseram cobrar meia diária pra conseguirmos entrar 1h30 antes (cerca de 200reais), que claramente não estava no nosso planejamento. Tivemos que sair no meio do evento meio dia pra ter que voltar, conseguir deixar as coisas no hotel e voltar pro evento novamente. De resto, tudo bom.

Hotel simples, convenientemente dentro de shopping

O que mais me interessava era a localização. Além de tudo, ao ladinho do shopping, o que foi muito conveniente para nós. É um hotel simples, mas honesto. Já fiquei lá uma vez e ficarei novamente, se precisar. A única coisa que não gosto é que dá pra ouvir todos os barulhos dos quartos próximos e do corredor. Estava bem cheio dessa última vez, foi difícil dormir depois de um certo horário.

Sem água das 10h até 12h

Funcionários da recepção extremamente educados e profissionais. Limpeza impecável. Minha única reclamação é que o hotel ficou sem água das 10h da manhã até aproximadamente meio-dia. Eu solicitei algumas horas a mais na minha estadia e só tive uma hora a mais. O transtorno causado por falta de água não foi compensado devidamente.
