Spacey room with comfort utilities, great bed, good shower. Breakfast was simple but offering all key ingredientes with excellent quality. Friendly staff, good garage allowing self parking.

Pros: Beds were Comfortable, location and great breakfast. Cons: noisy (need anti noise windows) because next to shopping and very busy street, new towels (they were so old and with stains) and tinted windows because the morning light came through the blackout curtains.

Room service food was consistently cold and forgot my drink on one occasion. Front desk was very prompt to address any and all concerns. Several workers are fluent in both English and Portuguese. Top floor rooms either have a small bathroom and a balcony, or a window, larger room, and a large bathroom - the balcony is really cool, but the small bathrooms could’ve been a tad bigger.

O banheiro precisa urgentemente de uma reforma. O chuveiro é péssimo. Esquenta muito ou esfria muito e a vazão de água é bem ruim. Os 3 elevadores (muito velhos também) apresentaram problema ao mesmo tempo e tivemos que usar as escadas as 4:50 da manhã. Café da manhã simples. Pelo valor da diária esperava uma experiência diferente.

quarto bem antigo, banheiro com pressão da agua ruim, mas o pior foram todos os elevadores quebrados. inclusive alguns hospedes ficaram presos. Estava no 8 andar, indo em um casamento e não conseguia descer. Depois eles disponibilizaram o elevador de serviço, após muita reclamação. A equipe não estava preparada para resolver o problema ou atender aos hospedes. café da manhã muito bom
