"The staff at breakfast was outstanding. Very welcoming and profesional. Excellent service was provided too.
Cleaning service at room 2 days were not good at all, and wasn t a weekend. After we complained it was fixed and continued to be good.
Restaurant and drinks are overpriced.
Would definetly recommend that hotel."
"Rebecca at reception very friendly and helpful .We were upgraded to a sea view room which was absolutely amazing and a very pleasant surprise. Everything was very clean and modern with a fridge safe and kettle with a shower over bath .
We were All inclusive .The food was always hot with lots of choice at all meals. The staff in restaurant always smiling and helpful.
The Deputy Manager spent a lot of time checking everything was ok and very sociable.
The only gripe we had which has nothing to do with hotel but was the parents of young children allowing them to go running up and down to drink machines and to food helping themselves.
One night a gentleman was vaping in the inside bar area and people were smoking near to pool and on balcony despite signs saying smoking not allowed !
Overall we had a very relaxing enjoyable 6 night holiday and would highly recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing break."
"Very clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Loved the breakfast. Even had a vegan croissant which the vegans in our party were very happy about. Would highly recommend this hotel."
"The location was quiet and although it was a little bit away from the beach the hotel provided a regular minibus to the beach. The staff were friendly and efficient. "
"Beautiful beach view from the dining hall. Plentiful breakfast buffet included and exciting ancient necropolis caves a 10 minute walk down the beach. Staff were very kind and helpful and the room was nice quality and very well cleaned. The only thing to have in mind is that there isn’t a bus from there on Sundays which was the plan I had. Overall great place"
"We had a good week at the hotel, especially due to the perfect location near to the lovely beach with a very nice walk over the dunes. Due to the travel time of mid October it was very calm and quiet. We also need to make a compliment to the staff which was gentle and nice all over the time without any exception.
Room for improvements is the cleanliness in a very sandy enironment. Room service was only every second day and even though we swept up the dirt ourselves, the pile was not removed by the staff later on, because they didn´r recognice. We also had problems with the toilet flush which needed a lot time to refill (en issue with 4 people in a room).
The buffet was complient for childs, which enjoyed it every day. For the adults it was a long week with a lot of repetitions and with average quality. Of course you can´t consider someting special in a 3 star hotel, but it could have been better.
All in all we had a good time and the children didn´t care about the weak points mentioned above. "
