I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, this property was far below expectations in terms of cleanliness. The room was in poor condition — the chairs and seats had large, visible stains, and the sheets even had what appeared to be blood stains. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been replaced in decades, possibly over 40 years old.
What’s even more disappointing is that this wasn’t a budget stay — the rates were quite high for the quality offered. I’m genuinely surprised that Hilton allows this location to operate under its brand. It’s in desperate need of a complete renovation and should be temporarily closed until it meets acceptable standards.
When I tried to raise concerns, some staff members mentioned that the owner is based in China, implying that complaints wouldn’t make a difference. That’s incredibly disheartening.
