"I returned to this hotel having stayed there last year for one night before begining a hiking holiday. This year I stayed in a standard double room with sea view and balcony. Lovely views of the bay and marina. Ideally placed to walk to tavernas, cafés/restaurants, shops and cultural/historic sites. Restaurants adjacent to the hotel closed early evening, so no disturbance to relaxation and sleeping. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. It was a pleasure to stay and I look forward to returning."

"The hotel was excellent. The location was perfect and it was very peaceful. Breakfast was fantastic and different every day either in the garden or the breakfast room. We were given good advice about restaurants and tours. The other guests were very quiet. The room service from Anna was immaculate. We did not have a car and so parking was not an issue for us. If you want a quiet relaxing stay and you do not need a pool, this is the place for you in Corfu town. Highly recommended."

"Ideally located, you are a vigorous 30min walk from the airport or ferry terminal with a large roller case, given the ridiculous cost of taxis. Airport is mostly flat, the ferry is a little undulating. We were room 6, 3 flights of stairs. Water on arrival, good entry instructions and warm welcome. If you have a heavy bag, some of the lower floors are more accessible. The breakfast was excellent, homemade fayres and tasty coffee. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again."

"This beautiful hotel is a well-maintained historic building. The staff's service is impeccable, from friendly greetings to prompt service and attention to detail. Initially, we were greeted with a complimentary juice (non-alcoholic) drink and sat in the courtyard as our luggage was brought to our room. They attended to every need promptly and with a smile. In particular, Konstantina went above and beyond, setting up an excursion for us when we mentioned that the one we pre-booked had been canceled at the last minute. Because the excursion left early in the morning, she arranged a boxed breakfast for us to take with us. The included breakfast is top-notch, with a wide variety of selections, including made-to-order omelets, fresh fruit, and freshly baked breads. One evening, there was live, traditional music in the lobby/bar area. Oh, and the bar also offers fantastic drinks! Be sure to try the Corfu Buzz, a specialty drink unique to this establishment, made with Kumquat liquor native to Corfu. This hotel is perfectly located, close to the airport and an easy walk to both the waterfront and the heart of Corfu Town, where all the shops and restaurants are. Yet it sits on a quieter street, so it is a great retreat when you want to get out of the action. It is just perfect! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
