"The property could have been amazing! Cool location. Beautiful setting, large spacious room with amazing views. Comfortable, but could have been cleaner. My bedding was ripped a bit, too. Breakfast was help yourself with drinks in same containers purchased from the store. No water. I felt that was unsanitary."

"I liked everything about the property save one thing… They don’t have a guest laundry. Perhaps that’s why the price is so unbelievably reasonable. However, they do have small refrigerators in the rooms, and a small community microwave in the common area in the lobby. If they actually had a couple of washers and dryers, this place would be absolutely perfect! They provide everything you need and reduce costs by eliminating useless amenities like large scale furniture with drawers in the rooms. Let’s face it, most people never unpack their suitcase in a hotel room for a short stay to put their clothes away in drawers and on hangers. They focus on amenities that are actually better than average in “better hotels“ such as a very efficient fitness area with primary focused workout equipment, and nothing useless to take up space. This will be my go to location in the area from now on. I probably shouldn’t be leaving this review because the prices will go up and demand will skyrocket Either way they deserve it"

"I love the motel is pet-friendly. Our room was a few steps from parking. The staff was the best. Allen, who ran the breakfast room, was extremely conscientious, kept the tables sparkling and the breakfast is beyond the ordinary "Continental." Front desk staff was also great. A very good, fun 3-day stay with our Lab puppy. The SOMD RenFest was fun!"

"Friendly staff. However the breakfast is limited for options and the room, though it looks nice, was found to have some ants inside. The beds weren't the best either. I've been to the hotel when it was a Super 8 a few years ago and I think the quality has declined from then. If you plan on staying here, please bear in mind that you WILL hear rumbling in the night often. We stayed next to some rooms where someone kept opening & shutting the door. The noise travels with little effort in the hallway. Overall an okay stay at a good walking location, with a lot to be desired."

"Very nice staff. Not their fault there are rude and messy guests. Two main issues were the lack of noise suppression at the entry doors of the rooms and the lack of ventilation/air circulation in the elevators. Otherwise clean rooms and property grounds. Once again, they cannot control the behavior of other guests."
