The place is secure and clean but we didnt have enough towels and even when i message them about it, they either took for ever to reply or was useless, so we spent 3 days without being able to shower

Det här var det värsta jag har upplevt vad gäller "hotell"vistelse! Jag skickade klagomål redan från början med fick ingen respons på det. Madrasser som kallades säng bestod av en resårmadrass i dåligt skick som lpg direkt på golvet. Den var fläckig och trasig! Ovanpå den låg två udda skumgummimadrasser. Bäddsoffan i andra delen av rummet var placerad så att det var omöjligt att nyttja frys, skåp och lådor! I bäddsoffan fanns ingen bäddmadrass alls vilket gjorde att resårer skar in i ryggen. Bland köksutrustningen fanns endast två udda glas, inga muggar. Väggar och lister var enormt smutsiga, precis som handfatets utlopp under proppen. Toalettborsten var fruktansvärt smutsig! Rummet hade en unken, avslagen röklukt! När vi kom hem i goe kväll fanns poliser på plats i huset, vilket också gav en obehaglig känsla ! Jag kommer att se till att sprida vilket förskräckligt boende detta var!
