"Cute from the outside and nice location.
Very dated inside and not in a good way. Dingy, peeling paint, broken door frames and bubbles in the floor. I booked a room with a balcony facing the street and upon check in we’re told we had been upgraded. The room was large but dark and only had a small window, no balcony. Disappointing.
The restaurant has some of the worst food I have ever had the displeasure to try to eat. We purchased the 1/2 board. After looking over the menu and getting ready to...

"Not a bad experience overall but not worth the price: nice building and nice rooms, good spa, excellent breakfast. Major issues I believe is the management, it’s not acceptable to have only one receptionist at the front desk with so many rooms on a Saturday, this is creating chaos, secondly I have paid a late check out online but somehow the staff was not informed so I had to wait 20 min at the reception just to explain the situation, third but nevertheless important the water coming out from...

"Excellent place to relax and unwind from busy life. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We had half board add on option and the food options and quality was also very good.
The hotel is in excellent condiiton, quiet and in very close proximity to the town center. The gardens and surrounding area offer fantastic outdoor activities. We have visited a number of spa towns, including Karlovy Vary, Marianske Lane and Harvey Hotel in Frantiskovy Lazne is at the top of our list. If you...

"I was very impressed with Atmosphere. The hotel is very nice as is the restaurant. The staff is extremely kind and helpful especially considering the language barrier. Loket is a beautiful little town that I totally enjoyed. The breakfast they have is of course European style but very nice. Their dinner menu had things that I enjoyed very much. I can’t stress enough how helpful and kind the staff is. Five stars and I would go back again in a heartbeat."
