"2 ieme étage pas d’ascenseur, escalier environ 60 cms de large. Pas d’AC, il faisait au moins 32 dans la chambre. Pas de douche seulement un bain dangereux. Parking très difficile. Déjeuner vraiment de base."

"The property overall was disgustingly dirty !! It needs to be completely gutted and renovated. Nail/toe nail clippings on the sofa bed. All the material on the sofa cushions was tourn and ripped. The pull out mattress also had rips in it. Carpet was thick with animal hair , bed had long clumps of human hair on. Kettle was rusty inside. Spiders everywhere, stained bath and toilet seat. Furniture in the room was falling apart. The horrific smell of animals started at reception and carried on...

"V disappointing stay. Booked a superior room, which looked very nice on Expedia. Unfortunately our room looked nothing like the pictures online, the decor was very tired especially the bathroom which had paint flaking off the walls. Further, the room was very hot and with the need to open windows, very noisy due to the road in front of the hotel. "Staff are lovely Rooms are all recently refurbished to an extremely high standard. I have stayed a few times recently and always immaculate on arrival "

"Check in was quick and efficient. Being able to park for no additional charge was great. Great location for all the main parts of Peterborough. Room was exceptionally silent the whole day and night. A few doors in the morning but that's to be expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Nets at the window and black out curtains. Very much an upgrade on the usual Travelodge I normally stay at due to cleanliness and staff. Room was spacious enough"

"The price was good but they fail to mention lots of stairs to climb - not good with cases. The food was terrible. I got the pepper steak and the steak was dry, the pepper sauce watery and the chips uncooked. I said the chips were like eating raw potato and they brought replacement which were just as bad."
