"First of all, the staff were really professional and nice. The viewfrom the room was great, too. One drawback is that I wish I could have known in advance on the website that I needed to wear aqua shoes to enter the infinity pool. Also, I didn't quite understand why the check-in process starts at 3 PM. Even if entering the room is from 3 PM, I wish I could have checked in earlier."

"The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, right next to the outdoor market, which I really enjoyed because I had the opportunity to try a wide variety of local foods. It is also close to popular tourist attractions such as Seoraksan and the area's beautiful beaches.

"The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind. Several of the staff spoke English which was very helpful. They gave excellent recommendations of where to go and what to do. Exceptional service and very clean property. There was an intern there who spoke fluent English who spent a lot of time helping us figure out our plans. Overall we were very happy! Highly recommend this property."

"호텔이 바다 바로 앞이어서 밤에도 산책가능 했고 호텔 앞 식당에서는 비교적 저렴하게 회와 대게를 먹을 수 있었습니다. 저녘에는 분수 쇼 구경하며 시원한 여름 밤을 즐길 수 있었는데 이 모든게 호텔이 가까이 있어 가능했던것 같습니다."

"The room was clean and the hotel in general was very convenient. It was surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores. Daiso and Olive young across the street and the bus stop and stations a couple of minutes away."

"Rooms are huge, spotless, and the view of the ocean and mountains is incredible. In my opinion, the best part of this hotel was its ambiance and location.
However, a big warning to future guests booking on this platform: The infinity pool you see in all the marketing photos is NOT included with room booking. It's listed as a "Pool" amenity and the gym is listed as free, even self-parking is free, so you'd assume the pool is too. Felt really like a bait-and-switch when we arrived.
