I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from Rosa Khutor Bus Station and Ski Area. The staff spoke good English and they were all very helpful. My room also had a little trouble with water pressure for hot water, but right after I informed the staff, they sent a technician and fixed the problem right away. I'd totally stay here again if I go on another ski trip to Sochi.

terrible service in fantastic location
We can't really rate hotel's service as there was no service at all. The service was terrible. The shower was blocked, the receptionists were useless. The coffee is cold!! They promised to email us a hotel receipt of our stay after they couldn't provide it at the time of check out and we nearly missed our train. Haha still waiting -((
