โรงแรมใกล้Soami Bagh Temple, อัครา

"Very nice hotel even a little bit far from Taj Mahal. The room and every staff are nice. Breakfast is excellent with variety of food. But one little drawback is that no door in the shower area so after taking shower the whole floor will be wet. And the hotel should provide the restroom for drivers, as well."

"Room was very impressive and the staffs are all courteous. "

"Quarto estava imundo! Banheiro usado com marcas, no banheiro tinha uns baldes para banho, estava todo sujo, jogo de cama sujo, ar condicionado nao funcionava… cheguei estava todo mundo dormindo no sofa da recepção… a noite toda houve uma gritaria no corredor… nao me senti seguro, alguns momentos fiquei com medo"

"Poor cleaniness! The restaurants tables were very dirty and had food stain on them! When asked to clean, the staff only brushed the table off with a soft bristle brush. The bedsheets and towels had stain on them. Literally every single piece. The bathroom toilet paper and tissue papers were half finished. We tried to provide a feedback to the front desk staff on our way out but they didnt seem to care. For a hotel with this price and rating, we expected so much more."

"It was a very calm stay. Location was easily reachable. Rooms were clean and all amenities were there. Owners (Mr. Tarun and his Father) were very friendly and they were ready to help anytime. Great assistance. All in all, perfect stay, highly recommended."

"I strongly advise caution before booking this hotel. During my family recent stay, cash was stolen from my room while they were out dining inside the hotel premises. We immediately reported the matter to the manager, but the response was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking, no clear explanation or resolution was provided, and they refused to share the CCTV footage that could have helped clarify what happened. This is not just about the loss itself, but about the lack of...

"Staff was very sttentive and helpful. Some areas like the stairs to the skydeck could use a deep cleaning. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was good with made to order omelets. Outdoor areas are very beautiful and well maintained. All in all a great stay"

"There is no better place in Agra for this price . It is new, clean , has a superb staff and a delicious kitchen. It exceeted our expectations by far."

"Pictures are completely false, they are from a sister property by the same owner This property is above a burger king, with a tony, dim lobby and uncaring staff. Elevators are dark and dirty Rooms are disgusting and smelly and towels and sheets ate so bad, no even worth touching Nothing about the propety description matches reality Expedia should really ban this propery from thier listings We paid upfront and the were shown these rooms We had to leave because we were afraid of catching...

"The room was nearly as nice as the staff. Very attentive and friendly people. The breakfast was also lovely, but the highlight has to be the Sky Grill"

"Awesome"

"窓がない部屋だったが、洗練された客室。アメニティーも置いてあって、ドライヤーもあった。シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ、ハンドソープ、ローションまで備え付けボトルで壁に取り付けてあったので便利だった。"

"Room is clean and tidy, housekeeping staff is very professional and always helpful. FOH staff is very professional. And buffet breakfast has lots of variety and also having live cooking counters, waiters are so helpful and generous for asking if we need any thing ( specially for kids meals). It's a nice and pleasant stay at property."

"We had one night here, then changed hotels. The reality is much different from the pictures you see online. It is close to Taj Mahal, but there are plenty of ways to get there from much better hotels. The appearance, maintenance, and cleanliness is very poor. The street it is on and the area around the hotel is poor. We felt deceived by the photos online and the actual reality of the place. We were very unhappy.."
