"Very old inside it’s not worth the money you can hear people on other apartments like they are in yours we had in our room a door that connects the 2 suites together old wallpaper walls washrooms "

"Check-in was easy. Mohammed at the front desk was pleasant and able to get us into the room early. Good location next to Penn Station. No problems at all."

"They have a coffee shop/bar at the front that's now open, and the scaffolding is finally down! The hotel is a great value for what you get and where you are. Rooms are clean, quiet, and the internet is good enough to work out of. Reminder, it's not a luxury hotel, so don't expect the amenities you would get at a luxury hotel. "

"Amazing stay "

"Perhaps the thinnest walls of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It didn’t help that’s the other guests were congregating in the hallway outside my room having loud phone conversations, listening to music and going between each other’s rooms. I moved once and it was the same on a different floor. Also, I was accidentally charged two holds and the manager was extremely rude saying there was nothing she could do. Basically “oops deal with it”. The redeeming quality of the entire experience was the kind woman who checked me in and the sweet gentleman who checked me out. I felt sorry for them because there were several frustrated guests. I would not recommend this hotel. It is completely subpar for a corporate establishment, and I probably will never stay at a four points establishment ever again. Definitely not anywhere near Sheraton standards. "
