"Shower could have been cleaner"

"This is my second time staying at this hotel for 3 days. I appreciate the centralized location and for the area its fairly clean. Last time I stayed with my German Shepherd, every one was very friendly and the stay was great. I had a scheduling mistake this go around and we arrived around 1 am. The person at the front desk was FANTASTIC and her assistance was greatly appreciated. As for the stay, our room was clean and comfortable. My only issue is that my room was on the third floor, directly...

"Our bedding had stuff all over it the pull out couch couldnt use mattress was nasty didnt even have bedding on it no never gave clean towels trash overflowing outside was just very dirty"

"Clean all around and every one on the staff was pleasant and helpful"

"We reserved a king size room and when we got into it the smoke detector was going off. They had no one available to change out the batteries. So we were moved to a room with two queens. This room was in very rough shape to say the least. Mold on the ceiling, couldn’t see out the window and chipped paint everywhere. The TV was tiny. When I asked about a discount I was told that it was a more expensive room and I was lucky to get it as the same price as the king room. I would not...

"We called to get adjoining rooms was told that we did, as long as we called to let them know that we were going to be late arrivals. When we got there not only did we not have adjoining rooms we we weren't on the same floor. When we asked for accommodations for this, they told us since we booked on a third party website there was nothing they could do. When the manager was walking by the desk clerk asked her about adjoining rooms and she basically ripped our heads off saying no. Than"

"Rude staff the beds were hard as rocks and the water wasn't hot"

"Beautiful, quiet place. Very quaint with so many little places to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Awesome breakfast, great place for couples! Would love to come again."

"The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable, The staff were friendly and the free breakfast had a decent selection. The hotel is conveniently located near stores and restaurants."

"Hotel is dated. The thermostat in our room didn't work - blinked ERR. There were loose low voltage wires hanging out below the window HVAC unit. The wall mounted hair dryer in the restroom caught fire. There was mold on the shower curtain and in spots around the tub in the caulking. There was alao red makeup on the shower curtain. There was snot (mucus) on the inside of the shower curtain. The carpet in the elevator was dirty."

"We loved how it was recently renovated. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. Loved the river view."

"Great easy visit"

"Breakfast was average"

"located within 15 min to the performing arts center. Room was clean and cozy."

"We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again"
