"Check in was extremely slow, we got to our suite to find no bedding for the sleeper couch. Spoke to reception twice and was told to pick it up at reception as we were going out. We got back to be rudely told that it wasn't kept there and to call when we got back in our room! Called twice, the young lady was very pleasant this time, we told her we had our door propped open. The guy didn't even announce himself and literally threw the bag on the floor. Glad we were only there for one night."

"The room is old, dirty and rusty. There were no towels available and the elevator stopped working at one point. The only positive about this hotel is the location and the attached beach bar."
