"Room was great. We stayed in the Australian Suite. But Little did we know , we had to walk up a stair case of 15-20 steps to get to our room. Upon arrival, we arrived in the middle of a wedding in the gardens , which we did not know was happening. We were met by someone, unsure who she was. No name given and appeared surprised we were checking in. Showed us to our room and that was it. No mention of the grounds, the wedding or even use of the pool, which was closed despite the 38 degree day on arrival. Was quite disappointed to our welcome. Lovely place but just disappointed not alot of information was provided to us prior to our stay."
