Hôtel très bien, j ai pas pus profité des équipements proposés, juste du restaurant et je suis satisfaits de la prestation.. les chambres sont confortables et le restaurants buffet donne du choix chaque soirs pour ne pas proposé la même chose tous les jours

Mooi hotel met alles erop en eraan , ideale ligging met talrijke wandelroutes in de nabijheid , prachtig landschap in de omgeving. Het is wel grotendeels bevolkt door revaliderende oudere mensen . Het echte minpunt vonden wij het restaurant , enkele vriendelijke jonge mensen maar het oudere personeel blinkt niet uit in vriendelijkheid en spreekt enkel Sloveens . Maaltijden zijn weinig variërend , het restaurant is koud door de airco die te hoog staat , we konden ook niet buiten eten bij dit mooie weer , eerder een wegrestaurant gevoel , bij drukte door een bus extra toeristen werd er ook niet meer aangevuld en was je vooral voor het dessert eraan voor de moeite .

SCHLIMMSTER AUFENTHALT

Wir sind schockiert. Ein 4 Sterne Hotel vom Schlimmsten. Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels und Thermen in Slowenien, aber dieses Hotel wird uns definitiv nicht wiedersehen. Das Essen allgemein, vor allem aber an Weihnachten war eines 4 STERNE Hotels nicht würdig. Wurstsalat!! Dosenkarotten!!! Am 2. Weihnachtsfeiertag wurden in unserer Juniorsuite für die wir 30 Eur Zuschlag pro Tag bezahlt haben, die Vorhänge abgehängt und sie wurden nicht mehr gesehen. Wir hatten nachts nicht mal Vorhänge am Fenster, konnten kein Licht anmachen und musste uns im Dunkeln umziehen...unglaublich...Wir können dieses Hotel in KEINSTER WEISE weiterempfehlen...Ausserdem habe ich mir lt. Aussage des Arztes wahrscheinlich im Wasser eine Wundrose am Bein eingefangen..

Ok but you feel unwelcome. Younger reception staff Renata and Simon very helpful - thanks, a breath of fresh wind in the ageing establishment. The other reception staff seem over worked all the time although not much happening. Guests should feel welcome! Basta!

L'albergo Vitarium fa parte di un complesso di tre alberghi, due dei quali 4 stelle ed uno il Toplice tre stelle. I prezzi sono piuttosto alti in rapporto all'offerta. La reception e' unica e per questo insufficiente per richieste degli ,ospiti. Anche la sala comune e la hall, quando gli alberchi sono al completo hanno una capienza ridotta. Non c'e' personale che aiuti i clienti con i bagagli. L'animazione serale e' noiosissima, considerando che al di fuori dell'albergo non c'e' nulla, sarebbe da migliorare. Il ristorante, invece e' molto ben tenuto, e offre cibi gustosi e leggeri per un'alimentazione equilibrata. Il complesso delle piscine e le saune e' grande, pulito e moderno, offre molte possibilita' di trascorrere intere giornate con attivita' varie e in totale relax. Le camere sono molto spaziose, caldissime d'inverno e la pulizia e' ottima.
