"★★★★★ We had an amazing stay at Novotel Shanghai Clover! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made everything smooth for our family from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect—very close to Shanghai Disney, which made getting to the park easy and stress-free. The hotel is especially great for kids, with fun play areas that kept our child entertained and happy throughout the stay. The room was extremely large, with a very comfortable bed and high-quality pillows, sheets, and mattress—perfect for relaxing after long days at the park. The breakfast buffet was excellent—lots of variety and plenty of options for both adults and kids. Everything was fresh and well organized. Another huge plus: stroller rentals are available, which made our Disney days much easier. The hotel also offers convenient shuttle service to Disney, the airport, and nearby train stations, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations. Perfect for families visiting Disney—highly recommend!"

"Staff are really attentive and tries to communicate despite the language barrier. We have chosen the hotel for its free shuttle to and from disneyland. It is about 20minute ride. There are shops and restaurants around the area. Room is clean. Good value for money. "
