"Sebasco is a special place and we had a wonderful couple of days there! The salt water pool on the bay is truly amazing and we can't wait to go back! The golf course was very solid and the restaurant / bar was quite good as well! Rooms were a little dated, but comfy."

"Spinney's is over 160 years old but they have upgraded with mini splits for air conditioning and heating. The staff were very attentive. Our room was on the second floor with nice views but you need to be able to do stairs."

"Breakfast was wonderful, property was clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Stayed for 2 nights and we loved every minute of it. I was a HIE girl until now, I well be changing to Hampton."

"Reasonably clean property but there seemed to be a lot of corners being cut. Checked in at around 10:30 pm after a long cross country flight. There were no sheets on the sofa bed or the comforter pack in either of the two rooms we booked, so we dealt with that. Next morning went in for a shower and the shampoo was all empty - nothing at all. Went downstairs and there were no glasses for water. Overall it is a clean property but has a lot of quality issues in their service. And the staff...

"Worn hotel. Towels were thin and worn with holes. Room had cobwebs in the corner ceiling. Refrigerator had mold on a styrofoam base. Ceiling in bathroom had something funky going. The room had no luggage rack and no closet and the breakfast was fair. Would not stay there again. Sorry"

"The gentleman at the front desk, Justin, was super helpful and very considerate! It’s a fantastic location with very convenient parking as well."

"Loved the hotel and would stay again!"

"Two accidents waiting to happen. Should be attened to. Rounded tub bottom with NO anti-slip. Back door curbing should be painted yellow. Otherwise, good."

"Perfect location! Room was very comfortable! Front desk very welcoming!"

"Property exterior is being renovated but they need to a complete remake inside. Room was OK, staff friendly, but this Hampton Inn has seen better day. Not recommended for the price. For travelers with dogs, $75 fee is overpriced for the accommodations."

"Very centrally located with beautiful views. The restaurant does not serve breakfast and the service is a bit slow, so just be prepared. The staff were helpful. Also be aware check in is not at the Inn but rather down the street at another location. We had to ask a few folks before we found the correct spot"

"Breakfast was great- the rooms where clean and there were a lot of details taken care of."

"Located right on the water - quiet, beautiful setting and views. Food and drink were delicious and great staff."
