Dear,thank you for your time and review. We are sorry if our Hotel didn't match your expectations. Firstly, we are not hiding that we are half an hour away from the Plitvice lakes National Park and that we are located next to the main road. This is information that everyone can find on maps, our website, booking site, you should do a better research before booking, unfortunately we can't change our location. Secondly, it is possible to book breakfast only on spot, we don't have an option on Hotels.com reservation system to book breakfast while booking the room. We will contact Hotels.com to double check why you are confused with this, because you are not the first guest asking us this question. We assure you that breakfast wasn't included in the price, we wouldn't ask you to pay something that you aready paid. Thirdly, yes, we are renovating, preparing everything for summer season 2023, we are expanding our restaurant and outdoor terrace and we don't understand why investing in better quality would be something negative. The works are not noisy, they are located at the far end of the hotel, and all guests still have unhindered access to the restaurant and the hotel, we are doing our best to not disturb the guests' peace. Once again, we are sorry if you had a bad impression, we hope that we have explained everything that was unclear to you and that you will visit us again to see our progress and even better service.
