"I came to this property with 8 other guests for my birthday. The property was very clean when we arrived and large enough for all of us. The game room was so much fun and had so many activities to do. So even with as many people as we had, everyone was able to play and join in. Rooms were large with plenty of closet space and the sofa couch was comfortable. The property is connected to an other house but separated by a garage so we didn’t hear the neighbors. The driveway was big enough to fit...

"I have stayed in the south Holiday Inn Express a time or two. That ocation is a much nicer building inside, breakfast, pool area rooms, parking lot. It also seemed much safer. The man at the desk went out of his way to help me. Some of the guest at this location were loud and using strong language. The overall atmosphere made me nervous."

"This was a super quick little get away for my birthday to the mountains from Texas!!! Perfect area and place to stay. Safe. Quiet. Staff were great! Great views too. Updated as well."

"It was a great location"

"Situated downtown, close to fun, shopping, and everything Colorado Springs has to offer.."

"The rooms were nice, beds were comfy and breakfast was really good and had lots of options. Staff was friendly."

"My wife and I stayed 3 nights at Cliff House in a Junior Suite on the 4th floor. The room was clean, spacious, and very quiet. We had a great view overlooking Manitou Springs and the mountains. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with 2 sinks. There was a jetted tub combined with a shower. Unfortunately we didn't get to try the tub because the water temperature would only get luke warm. This was really odd since the hot water at the sink was very hot. Dining options at the hotel...

"Pool was not open during our visit due to time of year but loved the location to the shops and tourist sites. It does get busy going in and out due to the tourist traffic though, So, give yourself extra time for travel."

"John at the front desk was very attentive. The women at the Bistro however was not. She never acknowledged us when we walked up to the counter. We noticed she was looking up a drink recipe so we gave her grace as we could tell she was new, but when she walked away to go talk to John at the front desk we decided the coffee we wanted wasn’t worth it. Other then that or stay was great."
