"The location is good but the hotel is dated and dirty. No room cleaning, no free breakfast, parking is $50 per day. Also, the bed is very uncomfortable during our stay. Not recommened!"

"Staff members were all pleasant and helpful for the entire duration of our stay. Housekeeping kept our room spotless and the front desk staff were always there to help. It’s nice having indoor access to Turtle Jacks. Parking is much cheaper than most hotels in the falls (we paid $20/night or offsite was $10/night - this was in April). Room was partially outdated, but bathroom has been upgraded to a nice walk in shower, beds were clean and comfortable. Microwave and mini fridge in the room. We will be back for the next competition, thank you Niagara Fallsview Hotel for giving us a great experience at a good rate! "

"Property looks beautiful great location. Had a suite floor was dirty and they made us park offsite even though I called to ensure parking. No luggage carts to rooms have to use bellhops."

"Very dirty room and smelly and the floor is very old and sticky, we could not walk bare foot as it was very dirty, we had booked hotel and were given motel room instead, and later on when i checked the room after leaving my friends there, they didnt know that i didnt book a motel. When i arrived and explained it to the staff they said, the room has been used now and we cant change it and no manager available dispite asking for one. Before you book this hotel, make sure to ask if they are booking you motel and also remember the beds and mattresses are very old, and everything is falling apart in this motel side of the property. If the room was cheaper then you can say thats what you are paying for, we paid 140$ plus a cot 20$, which was so old that person sunk into it by laying down in it. "
