"I was pleasantly surprised. I need a place for one night. I didn’t need anything fancy. Just a place to sleep. It was nicely remodeled, clean and very comfortable. The fridge and microwave were nice. The bed was also comfortable. I would stay again and recommend it for a short stay without the need for pool and other amenities."

"This hotel is fine. I had stayed here previously a few years ago and it was great, which prompted my return stay. It seems though, that it's since gone downhill. The property appeared to be well kept, but we didn't spend any time outside other than coming and going. The staff were fine, but not terribly friendly. The beds were comfortable and clean. My biggest complaint is that the room was... shabby. There was a visible layer of dust on the crown molding surrounding the ceiling in the room, as well as on the door panels. The lining of the chair underneath the cushion was torn and was visibly just hanging there, and one of the lamps didn't work at all. It felt like the housekeeping could do with a bit more effort, and I don't think we would stay here again."

"The hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly. Our only complaint were the people across the way came in at midnight. The kids were screaming and slamming doors.They were very loud and rude."

Umm, Phoenix was hosting the WM golf, every hotel had doubled the prices."
