"It would be nice to have an in room bar and snacks available."

"Room wasn’t very clean… I let the desk know everything I am writing and their only response was “we will let housekeeping know”. No attempts to make it right, but the employees were mostly nice. There were pasta noodles on a pillow when we got there and were checking the bed, dog food under the bed (we didn’t have a dog with us) and the floors were dirty they had not been cleaned. People were smoking cigarettes outside (this property stayed it was non smoking with threats of fines posted everywhere) and it would carry in through the air conditioner. There were questionable people loitering outside and it didn’t feel the safest despite being a better part of town. The pool area was nice but there was a lot of dirt a debris in the pool and hot tub. Accessibility was good. The room was not a suite as pictured, it had 2 beds but no couch or sitting area so it was very misleading. Employees were nice but willing to do anything about the issues. Wouldn’t pick this hotel again which is unfortunate as it was in a good location, but the fact that it wasn’t clean was a big issue. "

"Room was disgusting and had moths and other bugs that were disgusting. Maid service came in when do not disturb sign was on. Brunch was not big enough and lacking food. Most likely I will never be back"

"First of all, it’s not an Inn or a Suite. It simply a motel. When I walked into the hotel, the air was completely show us approximately 80° in the room. When I went to the restroom, I saw a baby spider in the sink and one on the bathtub. The phone did not work at all. There was no way to contact front desk. I’m not too sure why, because it was plugged in, but there was no dial tone. The aesthetics of the room was nice, my only suggestion would be to invest in some sheets that are not scratchy."

"Decent motel in southwest Tucson. Eclectic, artsy vibe with an onsite bar with local artists works on display and for sale. Room was clean with a comfortable bed, basic furnishings and a huge TV, but a bit small. Convenient to Route 10, but not much else. It’s in kind of an industrial/warehouse area (eg a FedEx distribution center across the road). There are no restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance. Property is completely non-smoking even outside. They had a nice salt water pool and musical duo playing live on Saturday night."
