Stay away!

When I arrived at the middle of the night they lied about not receiving the payment. They wanted me to pay again, but only in cash. When I contacted Hotels.com they apologised and told me that the hotel had told them that we arrived 4 persons, even tho I was alone. I would strongly recommend Hotels.com to remove this hotel from their lists, and to all future customers; Stay away! This is only fraud!

Ich habe im März die Villa Lumiere besucht und meine Buchung online abgeschlossen und vollständig bezahlt. Leider musste ich vor Ort erneut bezahlen, da angeblich keine Zahlung eingegangen sei. Trotz mehrfacher Rückfragen wurde mir bis heute der ursprünglich online bezahlte Betrag nicht zurückerstattet. Das ist extrem ärgerlich und enttäuschend – besonders, weil auf meine Nachrichten nur schleppend oder gar nicht reagiert wurde. So ein Umgang mit Kunden ist absolut inakzeptabel. Ich kann die Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen, solange solche Probleme nicht geklärt werden.
