"Great little stay, great amenities"

"All rooms on 2nd floor up 37 steps. No evening bar or restaurant. Asked for a non slip shower mat, Didn't get one. No staff after 3.00pm. More like a boarding house than a hotel."

"Nicely decorated. Very clean. Well positioned. Excellent breakfast."

"Really clean room. Boutique decor."

"Great place, often stay there"

"Nice location. Building had character"

"Lovely overnight stay. Nice breakfast. Bathroom a little dark with having black floor and walls but clean. Nothing we didn't like."

"Breakfast good Room basic but clean Parking good"

"Lovely stay whilst house hunting in the area. Clean, warm, well facilitated property with a bath, big tv and fully kitted out kitchen. Comfy big bed and lots of space. Owners were great and the surroundings are beautiful, I highly recomend."

"Liked all. Continental breakfast but loads to choose from."

"Very helpful staff and so friendly. Found us a room with aircon -much appreciated during the heatwave. Room had everything you needed. Breakfast was reasonably priced and great."

"Happy to stay here for one night. The room was exactly as it looked in the pictures and the staff were very nice. Worth noting that the bar doesn’t open until 5pm, I got a cup of tea before then but that was only because the receptionist was kind. Only downside a lot of the vegetarian food options were not available on the dinner menu or at breakfast however the food that the chef made me was very nice."

"Mo was great, sorted any issues and was very welcoming and friendly. Would stay again."

"Very kind helpful staff, excellent amenities, tidy and welcoming. Highly recommended for couples or solo travellers."
