"The staff treated everyone with a true spirit of love and giving attitude, regardless of the amount of guests who were there at any given time. The staff makes the beauty of the resort come alive. It was a very great and relaxing time. If you're going there to watch TV, you might be disappointed because depending on where your room is located, you may not have a good enough internet connection for service. We would absolutely stay there again."

"Run down and overpriced - requesting an early check in for even just 1 oclock when check out is at 11 forget it - you can only check in at 3 - which is really late considering most check ins are at 2 over the whole island - the restaurant is over priced - and we literally saw one of their drop off men taking a leak on the side of the car where car drop offs are - oh and if your paying premium dollar a hot shower and NOT a luke warm shower is to be expected.
