"Ice machine was down, but they had ice available at the front desk. On the site it says waffle are served, but there are no waffles. Tv was sd didnt expect that in 2026, so picture quality wasnt great. But did have cable available. Pool was nice, didnt get to use waterslides, not sure why they werent open. Gas station is gas only, no store. Didnt try the restaraunt next door or the store across the way due to the limited hours. Overall good stay for the price, closest you can get to carlsbad caverns"

"It was a great place to stay. Very clean despite the construction. The breakfast area was immaculate, loved the variety of items on the breakfast bar. The attendant was very courteous and kept the area super clean. I could have stayed there all morning. It was a great choice in staying."
