What a dump. I'm shocked the Ramada name is attached to this hotel. This place doesn't even try. Filthy and a horrible odor everywhere in the hotel. There is nothing redeeming to report on this hotel. I wish I never stayed here. Never will again.

Do not stay here! The rooms were not even cleaned, had used towels in the rooms, and had bedbugs crawling all over the beds! Tried to get a refund as we definitely did not stay here, and NO REFUND WAS GIVEN!!!!

The TV wasn't working properly on the evening of 7/10/25. It kept losing signal. I had no interaction with staff other than check-in, which was efficient. I'll probably stay here next time I travel to Sioux Falls.

I will never stay there again! Tv didn’t work just kept buffering. AC was as low as possible felt like 80 in the room. No elevator, pool was murky. We just rode from Keystone SD to this. I went outside to have a cig a couple pulled up saw me standing there husband stood so I could finish and escorted me inside because they watched a sketchy guy wandering around!!

Conditions of property in very poor condition…paint peeling on exterior of building, lawn needed to be mowed, not very welcoming to say the least. Thank goodness the bed linen looked ok. Unfortunately the sink and shower drained very slowly. The previous night in Wyoming was wonderful for the same price! Breakfast horrible…cold greasy sausage.

Room was very basic, had a strange smell but not too offensive. TV was a pain to operate, they charged us for decaf coffee in the room? Manager at front desk was not interested in helping any one. The place was very basic, and price was cheap so..... (Will not stay there again).

The check in process needs work. I did everything ahead of time, but still had to provide ID and CC upon arrival. No human at front desk, have to call to get someone to come out. Told 40 minutes after check in time to wait 10 minutes. No restriom fir public in check in area.

Our room had a hole behind the door with a pipe showing through. The bathroom door did not shut you had to lift up on the handle to get it shut. The cabinet had a drawer missing with a huge hole and the bottom drawer would not stay shut. When I walked in to check in there were 4 employees behind the desk and at least 3 were all on there cell phone. I let them know about the bathroom door and all she said was sorry. Pool as ok hot tub was green I would not stay there again.

Surprisingly unexpected!

I was very impressed with how clean the room was and how nice the hotel staff was to me. I know that they are remodeling and it was very quiet. I didn’t hear any construction noise. I would definitely stay there again and the price was unbeatable in town.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

It appeared as the room was never cleaned before our arrival. Mold on the shower curtain. The hot tub did not work. The hallways and stairways were filthy. No elevator, so we had to carry all our luggage and coolers upstairs. The breakfast was horrible!

the entire pool/hot tub area was disgusting. Dead flies in the pool and hot tub. Hot tub didn't even work. Stains on the bedding in both our rooms. Extremely disappointed in the facility overall. Will never be coming there again. And even though you may own the motel......keep it professional and don't just sit around the lobby

Leak in the ceiling in the breakfast area. Staff did not know what to do besides take photo's. "Women " came down for breakfast dressed to be out at 9 pm not am. Breakfast that was available was stale and or out of service.
