"The hotel room was clean, basic standard hotel. No extras such as kettle etc. There was an issue upon arrival meaning there was a significant delay in checking in people. With only one member of staff, doing the best she could, it was still quite a long wait. The hotel could benefit from online pre-checkin. The hotel was ok in every respect, close to the train station and central Brussels however it’s very much of a budget hotel. The value for money was good."

"L’Accès direct à l’aéroport est un plus sans contestation. Repas du soir pris sur place et de qualité correcte. Le personnel tant au restaurant qu’à la réception a été professionnel et sympathique. Petit bémol sur la porte de la salle de bain qui mérite un coup de peinture en partie basse. Ça ne joue en rien sur lhebergement mais on se dit que ce n’est pas du niveau que l’hôtel compte conserver. "We needed a place during the airport strike. This hotel is nearby the airport with a shuttle bus starting 06:00 am in the morning. Approximately 5-10 minutes ride to the airport. It’s a bit pricey for the standard and neighborhood but of course near the airport. Small room and toilet. Strange separation of the shower and toilet but everything worked fine. A bit of a walk to the small village center. Couple of nice restaurants down the strip and a supermarket. Nice restaurant inside the hotel...
