"The staff at the hotel couldn’t be any better. Every single one of them was kind, helpful, super polite and they are a credit to the hotel and it’s manager. I’ve stayed here three times now and will always return when I’m in the area. Super clean, nicely appointed, great facilities and a 24 hr restaurant. Love it! "

"Arrived a little before 3pm and were turned away as check-in was 3pm. Evening staff were rude. There was a hockey tournament and alot of players/families staying at the hotel - they were so loud, running up and down hallways, banging on everyone's doors. Parents/coaches getting drunk and loud in the common area. None of the vending machines were working. Pool - we were unable to enjoy it as it was over run by rude, obnoxius teens. Towels in the pool and hot tub. A parent or coach present but...

"Great little hotel. Themed rooms. Continental breakfast offered. Only issue was ran out of hot water in the shower due to overuse and had to wait for the tank to heat up again. Otherwise would have given 5*."

"We spent one night there. The room was dirty, hair from the previous occupants, was still in the bath tub. Looked like someone vomitted on the carpet and not cleaned up. The toilet didn’t flush, the shower didn’t work well. The blow dryer kept falling off the wall when you closed the door. The heater was so loud that you couldn’t sleep. The breakfast had nothing except hard boiled eggs, two types of yogurt, two types of cereal and those weren’t good. Kids running in the halls past midnight. We...

"We were told their was so breakfast , only coffee, the room was very dirty and gross, my two year old found Tylenol on the floor and almost ate them, there were chapstick and garbage rappers by the bed from who knows when, the floor in the bathroom was very dirty, the bed was uncomfortable and our tv remote didn’t work. Could not sports teams be put to one end of the hotel on the bottom floor away from other guests? This has happened at other Best Westerns we've stayed in too."
