I was ripped off by an Expedia computing error by $180 on top of a $240 bill for this hotel. All I get on complaining when ask for the money back is no reply sites and surveys like this I have been with them for years...they seem to be on the down

Been there before... The sheets for the bed and pillow dirty... Carpet dirty... No fridge and no slippers for deluxe room but online states there is... No coffee also because of the economy not good but room price is still higher... Once Business runs with the price so standard amenities should still be provided...

Strategic location - convenient to walk to MRT and plenty of restaurants nearby. Comes with FREE parking which is rare in this country.

Not recommended at all .Not even for backpackers

Very bad hotel condition ... not even equal to the pictures shown in booking websites . Bad front desk support. Room conditions are really bad. Not recommended . as they have given us a room which even not comfortable ( bed is really hard and pillows are not clean at all )

Tracy, night shift front desk is very helpful, always smile and well manor. The mattress is very bad, you are sleeping on the sprinkles very night.

Not recommended for modern women and couples.

All staffs were very kind and the location of this hotel was not bad, but I swear to god that I will never stay in this hotel again in my life. We stayed 4 nights in this hotel, but at the first night, we found a few cockroaches on the floor and they went back to cracks in the lower part of the door sill of the toilet in our room, and my wife was frightened. We reported to the front desk, and the person came to our room to catch the cockroaches with a plastic bag and his hand. We went to the front desk and asked about the early check out, but the person in the front desk said no refund would be allowed, the only thing they can offer is to change our room. Our new room was near the road, it was so noisy especially crazy motorbikes passing the road at night. We couldn’t sleep well, so we were very tired for the rest of our stays. During our stay, my wife told me that she missed our home so much and it broke my heart, because she never told me like that when we travelled many countries for many years. I regret that I was so mean. Increasing USD20~30 per day could stay in a far better hotel. For the rest of parts, here are my opinions. Wall: dirty and not cleaned properly Soundproof: not good (very noisy) Ventilation: smoke came into our room The toilet: bad smell like feces came out from the sewerage Bed: the bed sheet was very thin and the bed was so hard. *This hotel doesn’t care about the maintenance as they have full of guests.

Hotel in una posizione un po' defilata e scomodo per raggiungere i principali punti di attrazione. Il check in è stato veloce, ma la camera è molto piccola e male arredata (il letto matrimoniale è accessibile solo da un lato. Dall'altro è contro il nuro). La colazione è varia ed abbondante la pulizia un po' da rivedere.

Not Fit For American/European Travelers

No exhaust in Bath Room so it stinks with bad smell. If A/C is not on carpet stinks. No hot water in the sink. Hot water in shower super excellent. Commode is in the corner so a big man can not sit properly. Supposed to be non-smoking room but other customers do not observe the rule and after smoking throw butts out of window. Expensive and should be not more than USD 50.

Stay overall

Stay overall was alright,however the bed was slightly filled with some black dots which was a little dirty than expected.Wouldn't really much recommend this hotel,but for a one night stay,it was okay.

disappointed

For this price (RM200-RM250) is not worth it. Room mediocre clean, but dark - have a window but 30cm form neighbour house wall - so no light. Bathroom also too dark. There are better budget hotels in Singapore.
