Hi there, Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the unpleasant experience during your stay with us. Room ACs are usually set to the optimal temperature of 24 degree celsius but we have already updated the team of this to monitor the temperature should it gets too cold. Feel free to approach the duty crew or any of the crew for an extra blanket just in case it gets too cold and the crew are always ready to help.
