My home for 3 nts in Singapore

It was a good little place to stay. I liked it. It is a well run place. Nice temperature. Breakfast was basic, but for the money, okay. If there was one thing the place lacked, that would be a good area to chill out, that is conducive to socializing. For me it was fine, but it's not exactly a cool sort of place.

property is just a few minutes away from MRT station and hawker centers,very convenient staffs are polite and helpful. no lift on the property difficult to bring up heavy luggages.

Decent hostel. Nice and fresh. Comfy beds even though they are made for short people. No social areas ( not even to make phone call) and bad breakfast with only low fibre toast and jam.

We arrived earlier than the check in time but they've let us use their facilities and encouraged us to eat breakfast. Place is great cause its only about 5 minutes walk away from the nearest mrt station which is thr lavander station.

1) Clean 2) Friendly and helpful staff. Explained on tourist spot 3) Basic amenities provided. Simple breakfast (bread). No shower foam/soap provided 4) Good location. Near to MRT Lavender and MRT Bendemeer (walking distance 5 to 10minutes) and near to bus stop 5) Can put your luggage at the counter (arrival before check in time)

Disgusting moldy Doors

Quiet and peaceful sleeping environment. But the only thing I don’t like is the disgusting moldy toilet doors. Dont use wooden door for toilet? Doesn’t seems like it has been washed thoroughly.

This hostel was close to public transportation and was easy to get today and there were plenty of places to get food to eat. There was breakfast provided however we didn't get a chance to eat since we had an early flight to catch the next day Breakfast was served at 7 a.m. There is no lift to our room and it was hard to carry our luggage 2 flights up to our room. The bathroom and the shower was outside our room. We had a double bed to sleep in with other guests ( mixed females and males). We just had a curtain to provide privacy. No food could be eaten in the room. You have to eat in the common area and it was noisy to sleep since the room was close to each other and the room was not locked. You could put your personal items into a locker with a locked key provided. You have to pay for this key and you would get the money back when you check out for your stay.

I arrived late and wrote the facility while I kept ringing the doorbell for 5-10 minutes. No one responded. I waited outside for about another 5 minutes until another guest allowed me to walk in with her. I had luggage and was obviously not a likely burglar. No one was at reception. A few minutes later Edel walked in and registered me. The facility was OK, but there is no lock on the shared bedroom door and it is right across from reception. The boarder next to my bed was only a thin old wood cabinet and is not even fully covering to the wall. People wash, talk and check in right next to where I was sleeping. The management knows this and doesn' t care. I asked a woman outside the room door to be considerate of a person still sleeping in the room and this woman went ballistic. She kept yelling at me, called me several names and kept shaking her hand in my face and trying to humiliate me. It was a horrible scene out of a third world country. The Manager was no where to be found. When she returned many minutes later she was not interested in hearing anything about it. I would never stay at this place again.

It’s a renew place, you can go there!

O hostel foi todo renovado, as camas, os quartos, os banheiros… estava tudo muito limpo, as camas são confortáveis e as cabines são maiores do que as que já vimos em outras cidades! O pessoal da recepção também foram bem amigáveis conosco! O café da manhã é simples mas é uma ótima cortesia deles para com o cliente! Infelizmente, os usuários de hostel são diferentes de usuários de hotel, as pessoas parecem que perdem o respeito pelos outros, vi homem usando o banheiro com a porta aberta, outro só de toalha pelo hall do hostel… acho que deveriam ter regras claras sobre isso nos quartos, avisando aos hóspedes que o hostel também é um lugar de respeito! Indicamos o local para qualquer um, espero que você tenha mais sorte quanto aos seus vizinhos, já que os nossos passaram a noite toda abrindo e fechando a porta e fazendo barulho com suas malas! Existe uma escada logo na entrada, mas você pode vencer isso fácil.

シンガポールの非常に便利な地域で、全て込み2000円強／泊で食事付きは、魅力です。 宿泊当初は、シーツらしきものもなく、それ程汚くないというレベルの空間に加え、隣の人のスペースとの仕切りがベニア板1枚で、たまたまその人の動きが乱暴で、加えてイビキが酷く、眠ることができず、正直嫌になりかけましたが、寝具についてはそんなこともあろうかと、シーツ代わりに大判のバスタオルと空気枕を持参していた為、悩みはほぼ隣の人の人的な問題のみになり、その人が退室した後は、自分のスペースにそれほど気になることはなくなりました。 食事は、食パンにマーガリン、ココナッツクリーム、ジャム類等にインスタントコーヒー、紅茶等ですが、全て放置してくれてるので、実質食べ放題であり、飲み物はいつでも飲めて、非常に有り難かったです。皿やスプーンは自分で洗うことになりますが、宿泊者は本当にきっちり清潔にされる方が多く、そのまま使用するのも全く気になりませんでした。 シャワー室は決して新しくはありませんが、しっかりと湯も出て、みんな綺麗に使われていました。 トイレについては、たぶんこちらの文化だと思うのですが、床を水で流す為か、結構床が濡れており、ちょっと気持ち悪く感じたこともありました。とは言え、スタッフの方が、小まめに清掃してくれていたと思います。 スタッフの方々は、決して愛想を振りまくという感じではありませんでしたが、トイレの清掃と同じく、やることはしっかりやって、こちらがアクションを起こせばちゃんと応えてくれる、非常に好感を持てる方々でした。 全般として、また機会があれば、使いたいホステルです。
