Poor Hotel Service

The hotel was very poor. Room air condition not working, water poor service. chance that guest couldn't take shower. Hotel employees are not friendly or accommodating. Room and bathroom are smelly. Hotel location could have been nice as it is located in the City.

Located 15 minutes by taxi from Heathrow, with helpful and friendly staff. The hotel seemed brand new when I stayed - even came with a slight smell of paint. They opened their kitchen few minutes before their breakfast time as I was leaving early.

Do not expect much. It should be called Hostel without stars. Whole building needs refurbishment. It has been run on a budget. Beds are clean but walls need painting job. It is very close to MRT station(5 min walk). They provide a towel and a bottle of water. Also $50 for key deposit. Would recommend it to someone simple.

Hotel is just normal.

Room for single person is very small. If you have to stay for a night then its okay because you just have to sleep. But else there is no good thing about being the room. Location of the hotel is a great feature of it. The hotel is average.

寝るだけなら十分良い。

シーツは綺麗で寝るだけなら十分です。シャワーは共同トイレと一緒で鍵をかけて使用しますがお湯の出し方がわかりませんでした。とにかくロケーションが良く、費用対効果は良いと思います。

화장실 상태 깨끗하고 방도 정리정돈이 잘 되어 있었습니다. 침대의 쿠션이 조금 불안정 했지만 괜찮았습니다. 역에 내려 바로 찾을 수 있어 편리하게 이동 할 수 있었습니다.

One word sums up the room CRAP.Viewed online appeared OK.While not actually showing a window,it showed a large yellow curtain across one wall.I believe most people would presume a WINDOW!!! No, No,No.Most disappointing.Room no.104.[room 103 was worse]

部屋の広さ、清潔感がない、廊下が暗い、シャワーの温水がでない、アメニティーがいっさいない、トイレが共同、前回泊まったホテルとは雲泥の差、最悪！トランジット休憩だけで6000円とはぼったくり。二度と泊まらない！

3시 체크인인데 방청소하고 있다고 20분이상 기다렸네요... 방도 1층이라서 세탁기 돌아가는 소리 계속 들렸네요. 하지만 싸고 역과 가까워서 다 용서되고 만족스러웠습니다.

Great value private single room for a stopover

Cheap room and single bed for 2 night stop over in Singapore. With AC it is all I required. Nothing flash but functional and comfortable single bed. I was well impressed with the value for money.

Better value elsewhere!

Room was pretty average, couldn't get wifi in my room or on the entire floor. Shower sliding door was broken. Staff weren't that friendly. Locality is great but prob find better value elsewhere!

This hotel is quite nice, if you re not on staycation. Usually people visiting Spore, will just go back to hotel at midnight, just for sleep. and this hotel is just enough for it. Room is OK for the budget, hot water shower is OK, you just have to adjust the sprinkler setting to get strong water. the matress is a bit below expectation, but its not hurting afterall. They provide towels, washing cream (dispenser), mineral, coffee, tea tarik, free computer downstairs, free wifi at every floor. The wifi is OK just for searching for your tomorrow's destination. just make sure you ask/ book for room with window and attached bathroom.
