No cleaning the room. I repeated every evening to clean the room. Room is same situation as I left in the moring. Room is too small and water tap is broken.

Couldn't believe the stay. Lack of concern. Even paid for what called "superior" so could get a window (you will not otherwise).
I don't know if lack of regard, but next room said was discusting as well.
No one to care (busy watching stock exchange . Could invest in room conditions!)
Never again.
But what you expect for 60usd /night? Not to get sick? Just give them money. Be glad.

No electricity from power jack, finally used the TV power to charge phone. No hot water of my room too, so I took a cold water shower. No window room but they did not specify when booking, not satisfied
The staff is not very responsive to my complaints. My room had an ant problem and many flies. Even when I left a food item in the refrigerator the ants got to it. After I complained about the ants they gave me a spray can for me to handle the problem myself. There are residents in the property and the kids were yelling and screaming around 1am at night. The refrigerator was unplugged when I first arrived and not functioning. The room only had one outlet behind the head of the bed. They did not change the bedsheets or service the room once in my 5 day stay unless I asked them to. The description listed a desk but I saw no desk whatsoever which I needed. It feels like a poorly run mom and pop property and I would not recommend or repeat again. It was at a discounted price but for the size and condition of the room, it wasn't worth it at all.

We just flew in from Bali and needed to stay in Singapore for the night. So we chose this place as it was close to the hotel. There was over 7 spotted roaches my partner woke up with over 9 different bites from something on her arms and legs. If I could get a refund I would. Room is super small and the shower is connected to the toilet area.

It's a 2 Star hotel however I've never had such a small single room before.
I tried to alter my arrival date by one day and get a refund within the stated timeframe on Expedia but was refused despite it saying a full refund was available at time of booking. The hotel advised me, when I finally check-in a day later, that their policy did allow refunds. The hotel policy is opaque at best and Expedia were no help whatsoever when I challenged them on this. The helpdesk even lied to me about not being able to contact the hotel as they said the hotel had blocked the helpdesk - really! They then proceeded to phone them - it was farcial! They just wanted to get rid of me.
Buyer beware of both this hotel and Expedia
I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Snow. The staff was warm and accommodating and although the unit was small and barebones, it was still cozy enough for my wife and I during our week stay in Singapore. I recommend anyone who desires a clean and inexpensive hotel in a multicultural town in Singapore to pay Hotel Snow a visit.

The room is very run down and the walls are very dirty. The room has a mouthy smell too. The TV isn’t working but glad that staff has helped make it work.

I had a pleasant stay here. Great location with plenty of eating places around. The reception is very friendly and nice as well. Would recommend people to stay here.
I had the cheapest single room in the hotel. Woke up to bites and the bathroom (toilet shower and toilet combo) was smaller than a cupboard. That said staff were friendly and the location was fantastic. Perhaps go for the best room next time.

The best one in Singlapore lah. Why go to Raffles or Fullerton when you got Snow lavender? Near Mustafa centre, got mamak shop in front and near mrt and bus stop.
