Hi Sirapassorn, Thank you for leaving us this review! Indeed, the hotel is easily accessible via public transport. It is located within 15 minutes walk away from Outram Park MRT and 40 minutes drive from Changi Airport. To provide for greater convenience for our guests, the hotel has a complimentary shuttle bus service running from 8am to 8pm daily to the Outram MRT station available upon request. Alternatively, you may also take a 5min taxi ride to and fro Outram Park MRT which will cost less than SGD $5. As mentioned, there is also a bus stop just outside the hotel's side gate and bus 174 will bring you to outram Park MRT, one stop away. The side gate (Gate B) will be open from 12am to 6am daily. Upon further investigation, we found that the toilet bowl pipe burst which cause the bad smell. This has never happened before and we acted immediately to change room for your good self. During your stay from 13th to 20th, there are 2 days on 14th and 19th that you were in the room and we were told just to replenish the drinks and change the towels and need not to clean your room. Sorry that there could have some misunderstanding by our chambermaids. As for the overseas calls, no reason that hotel block this important service. We apology for the staff not able to assist you to make successful overseas calls. We value all our supportive guests equally regardless from which categories.
