Overall not bad. Great area with lot of dining and enterteinment options. Upon check-in got card that didn't open my door, so had to go back to sort it out. Also didn't find light switch, so managed to turn it off only by removing card from the holder, which also disabled air conditioner. The rest was good.

This property has a reception counter at Hotel Clover The Arts which is 1 min walk away. All of the staff are extremely friendly. From the moment we arrived until we left. The room I stayed in with my Mum had a Queen bed, very limited space, we kept our bags in seperate corners and it worked fine. We had carry on luggage. Large luggage would be difficult but 2 bags could work. The sink is attached to the dresser near the bed, the toilet and shower is in a seperate space. There is no shower curtain between the shower and toilet, the toilet does get wet so keep the lid down. You get slippers, a daily toothbrush and mini toothpaste, shampoo and body wash. The hairdryer is attached to the wall. New towels everyday. The aircon worked very well. The light panel is on the counter where the plugs and sink is. Air con panel is seperate on the wall and blind panel is near the mirror. The room has a safe and mini fridge. From Thurs-Sunday there is loud music in the night coming from a place near by, if you are exhausted, you will sleep through it otherwise wear ear plugs. If there are guests in the next room, you will hear them talk, and when taps or shower is in use. Very close to Clarke Quay train station. We walked to the Merlion and around to Marina Bay Sands all the way to Garden by the Bay and got the train back. We found the location to be very convenient to walk to Maxwell Hawker Center, Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, Maxwell Station, Sri Mariumman Station, Pagoda st, Chinatown

A budget hotel with good walkable access to Marina. Be aware that rooms are so small if more than one person you will hve to take turns in dressing etc as very limited space. Walls are paper thin, you will need ear plugs.

My fiancée and I arrived to yellow pillow covers on the first day, dirty/stained walls, yellow stains on our towels, and one of the handles of the shower was not well attached and would fall off constantly. Obviously this is more on the budget side, but please consider our experience when looking for budget hotels in Singapore, can definitely find something better for the money.

This hotel in super good location. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is modern. The room is small, no window. It has refrigerator and small safe. It is quiet. No front desk people. Need to call for check in. Self check out. The MRT not very close.
