ได้จองห้องสุพรีเรีย ขนาดห้องก็เท่ากับห้องธรรมดา แค่มีทีวี แต่ราคาสูงกว่า ถ้าไม่ดูทีวีแนะนำจองห้องธรรมดาจะดีกว่า ในห้องมีมดเดินบนโต๊ะและที่พื้น ห้องสกปรกมีเศษผม ผ้าขนหนูเก่า ผ้าห่มเก่า น่าจะเปลี่ยนได้แล้ว พนักงานมาเคาะประตูทุกวันช่วง10-11โมงเช้า เพื่อจะมาทำความสะอาด ซึ่งกำลังนอนอยู่เพราะกลับมาดึก คืนก่อนวันกลับได้แจ้งพนักงานreception ให้ noteไว้ด้วยว่าจะlate check out 13.00 เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้นมีโทรศัพท์มาแจ้งว่าวันนี้ check out ก่อนเที่ยง เหมือนพนักงานที่นี้คุยไม่รู้เรื่อง

ใกล้รถไฟสถานีโรเชอร์ ด้านล่างมีมินิมาร์ท
เป็นโรงแรมที่ขนาดไม่เล็กมาก ไม่แออัด แต่มีมด ทิ้งของในถังขยะแป๊บเดียวมดมาทันที และที่สำคัญมากที่อยากให้ปรับปรุงคือ ไม่มีตู้เย็น อากาศร้อนไม่มีน้ำเย็นๆกิน ก็ไม่ได้สกปรก แต่ดูเหมือนสกปรก อาจเพราะมีมดแดงขึ้น ห้องน้ำไม่แคบ แต่ดูเก่า อ่างล้างหน้าแบบถูก และอยู่ในย่านคนแขกเยอะมากกกก แต่ข้อดีคือ ใกล้รถไฟฟ้า มีลิฟท์ (ทางออก B) ออกมาเลี้ยวซ้าย เดินถึงแยกเลี้ยวซ้ายอีกที ตึกมุมเลยสีฟ้า แต่มินิมาร์ทก็ไม่ค่อยมีของกินเยอะ หาของกินยาก และหมอนแบนไปหน่อย

ใกล้MRT ROCHOR Exit B (มีลิฟท์) เดินออกมาหัรหน้าเจ้าถนนใหญ่ตะเห็นตึก SIM LIM SQUARE มห้เดินไปทางซ้ายมือ ประมาณ 80 เมตร จะเห็นรร.อยุ่หัวมุม ตึกสีฟ้า ด้านล่างมีมินิมาร์ท เปิด24 ชม. ห้องพักขนาดพออยุ่ได้ สะอาด พนังงานทำความสะอาดให้ทุกวัน แอร์เย็นฉ่ำ มีไดร์เป่าผม แปรงสีฟันครีมอาบน้ำให้ รอบๆรร.มีร้านอาหาร รอบหร้าถ้าไปก็จะพักที่นี่อีก.. It's comfortable all trip.This hotel is close up form MRT Rochor exit B (elevator) .staff is nice and good service.Next trip in Singapore I will stay here again.

รอบแรกที่ไปพักห่างกับรอบสอง 1 เดือน รอบแรกห้องโอเค ห้องน้ำกว้าง ไม่มีกลิ่น พอมารอบ2 จ่ายเงินเยอะกว่าเดิม กลับได้ห้องเล็กกว่า แต่ก็ยังถือว่าสะดวกสบายอยู่ ปัญหาคือ รอบที่สองห้องมีกลิ่นบุหรี่เหม็นมาก เหมือนจะมาจากท่อแอร์หรือด้านบนของห้อง เป็นแบบนี้ตลอดทั้ง3วัน 2คืนที่เข้าพัก

ชอบทำเลที่เดินไป Bugis MRT ไม่ไกล ประมาณ 4-500 เมตร หรือ จะเดินไปช๊อปที่ห้างมุสตาฟา ก็เดินไปได้ชิวๆ ประมาณ 1 กม. สะอาดดี แต่บางทีอาจจะได้ลิ่นบุหรี่นิดหน่อย ตอนกลางคืนได้ยินเสียงรถที่วิ่งไปมา เพราะอยู่ตรงแยกพอดี

The reason i chose this hotel
The reason i chose this hotel b'coz of reasonable price and good location for transportation. As u may b heard or read about complaint of small room space .. it is, but i don't mind about that much, just sleep i think. First i arrived there, everything looked ok but only one thing i wanna mention to is "cleanness"!!!! i found lots of hairs on every steps i walked around my room + bathroom. I asked for room service, but they'll charge 5 SGD for cleaning in the night, so i decided to buy a slipper to walk in my room instead. Finally as i complaint about this with the reception, it's better in the day after that .. but i still remember that pics anyway ;b Another one thing, my SG friends told me that Hotel81 is .. Love hotel .. so u'll find lots of couples inside the hotel, but if u don't mind like me .. this hotel got 7/10 from me ;)

Not ideal stay
Would not recommend this got any family trip. Room is dirty and smells bad. Bathroom silicon is mouldy. Air conditioning cannot be control and always going on higher setting even after requesting for it to be turn down. Room so cold cannot sleep.

Rating this as poor, because all windows were sealed. There was no light / air allowed from anywhere except the Air conditioning. Moreover, while doing the booking, I was shown the image of balcony, but when I reached there, i wasn't given the room with balcony. They said, they only have one room with balcony and that is already taken by someone else. So, had to adjust in a sealed room throughout my trip. They did given me an option to move out and get a full refund, but at that time, I would have had to pay double amount to get a room in any hotel. Other than this, the stay was fine. This was anyways just a room we had booked, without any breakfast or other amenities.

立地はよく駅もバス停が近くて便利でした。ホテルのスタッフも親切で、チェックアウト後に荷物を預けることもスムーズにできました。 今回は大丈夫でしたが、音漏れがするので部屋によっては騒音が気になるかも。 電気ポットがカビ臭く、湯を沸かしても匂いが取れず使えませんでした。 値段が安いので寝るだけに使うならオススメです。

The room wasn’t clean. The area is great. Close to the city and other markets. If your after a room, it’s probably ok. But the cleanliness needs to be brought up to a higher standard. It had hair on the ground and bed, bathroom had soap residue everywhere.

Siamo arrivati in struttura alle 23.45 per via di un ritardo aereo. La camera non era ancora pronta, ci hanno fatto attendere 20 min per darci una camera che era ancora molto sporca, copriletto non cambiato è piena di capelli a terra. Testiera del letto sporca e appiccicosa. In più camera senza finestre nonostante al momento della prenotazione avessimo prenotato una camera queen e non quella che specificava che era senza finestre. Terribile!

The property is conveniently located but the positive ends there. The service is poor and although it is a budget hotel, the staff should at least try to be hospitable. No room cleaning unless requested.

Very nice accommodation. Worth the amount that you will pay and I will definitely go back to this place. Not only it has a simple room, the hotel is a 2 minute walk from the MRT station, which is very convenient for leisure travelers or backpackers like me. They clean your room everyday and always provide clean towels, complimentary bottled water and instant coffee/tea, which serves a your morning or late night hot drink. Hotel staff is also very accommodating and will help you on your travel needs.

No window, it doesn’t say there’s no window when I was booking, elevator was wet and dirty and stayed that way for hours, the bad room door is moldy, the bed is very firm and I can feel spring on my back, air conditioner cannot be controlled, basically I spent my night very cold and blanket is so thin, one of the front desk staff is not very friendly but the other one who worked early morning shift was very helpful. I’d rather pay extra for better amenities and services.

Good location. Small room but well-equipped
Very good location, walking distance to MRT stations, next door to convenience store. Room is small but quite well-equipped. Good room service. The only discomfort is air-conditioning: its freezing and cannot be turned off even for a while.
