The bathrooms need a full refresh,the beds are comfortable and the room was spacious.The pool area is good and has a great hot tub. Breakfast was great and had plenty of choice.The staff are very helpful and polite in this hotel.Good location with some nice local food options and couple of bars.Only downside is the bathroom needs redoing completely. 8/10

The self check-in was nice and efficient. The location was close to MRT which allowed for easy transportation around the city. We did not try the onsite restaurants so cannot comment on them but they were busy. Room was clean and cleaned daily.

The staff were amazing, really wonderful and helpful. The jacuzzi and pool were lovely, great location, and the room was comfortable and well appointed. I don't recommend the buffet dinner (on Thursdays, at least - maybe it is better on the weekends but it wasn't good value for money during the week).

The hotel smelt so good! Also I didn’t realise that the room I had booked came with so many extras (executive room) breakfasts were amazing, the executive lounge with all day free soft drinks and tea and coffee was fab as was nibbles and free drinks early evening also a Late checkout up To 4pm was such a Bonus! I had thought the pool was a bit small for the hotel but I always got a lovely sofa bed and loved the sauna, steam. There were never more than 4 people in at any time. Close to everywhere via MRT would stay there again! Top marks

Proceed with caution here. If this is a corporate booking fair enough but spending your own c ASM lead to disappointment as prices are extortionate for what is offered. Regardless if the room type you choose, an alternative may be offered. Dealing directly with Manager Mr Kwang is the most efficient way to deal with problems or make swift changes - if he can help, he will listen. Rooms which overlook the A/C units make noise 24/7 and will distract. Rooms in the front with balconies and trees appear to offer the best views. Rooms in the Tower don’t have windows which open which can make the air seem stale. Signature rooms are the prettiest and most updated. The hotel is 1980s dark wood/black marble decor. This area is all hotels so choose somewhere else if this is not your taste and you want value for money.
