Superb service from all staff. I can remember a few of the names, Chloe - check in was fast and friendly, Max - pool bar was talkative and informative, Ivan - breakfast was happy and accommodating. Quality hotel. I will definitely be recommending it to anyone.

Favorite Hotel in Singapore

I loved this hotel! This will be my new secret hiding spot when I am passing through Singapore. This is a boutique hotel, with a small amount of rooms, so it is always very quiet and private. It is the perfect upscale place to avoid crowds. The scent upon walking into the hotel was breathtaking!

Pretty straightforward check in and check out. Functional clean rooms.Well stocked minibar Did not have time to swim in the pool neither did I try out the restaurants. Handy location to connect to any part of the city

We chose the accessible room. It has a gigantic washroom. However, the washing area does not have an effective draining system so water is just everywhere after shower. Also, there is no place to put things near the shower accept the chair which the user is supposed to be sitting on. Besides that it is very wheelchair-user friendly. Super hospitable staff too.

What a great stay! Amazing property in a great location. Staff is fantastic. Good value. Wonderful gym and spa area. Complimentary latte’s every morning from the charming robo- barista Bruno. Just across the street at the Paragon mall is a terrific food court (I never eat at food courts but this one is next level—on par with the mall in which it is located). Don’t miss the 200 acre botanical gardens that are not far away. Great place to get away from the city, take a jog, spend an entire day in nature.

Beautiful pool, spacious and clean rooms. The staff were amazing! They're incredibly friendly and will help with any request you have. We accidentally missed breakfast on our first morning however they still arranged some food for us. They also allowed us to have an early check in when they spotted it was my partners birthday and left a beautiful Cedric Grolet treat on our mini fridge. Would happily stay again!!

In our many years of travel, staying in different hotels, we have not seen as friendly or as polite or as accommodating a staff as in Como metropolitan. We really felt very special. Every staff member was [rofessional and kind. The room was comfortable and clean and well stacked with room and bath needs. Super clean and the rooftop pool and view really out of this worl. In general the views from the hotel room were fantastic. The location could not be any better. An appreciation shoutout to Kent who made us feel very welcome as well as happy about our choice of the hote.!

Well located hotel - but not a flawless stay

The room was comfortable and well appointed, and it was just off of Orchard Rd with easy access to shops and transport. A few observations of (minor) annoyances: - the aircon in the room was LOUD. - the lights in the bathroom could not be turned off, so the door had to be closed - the elevators preferred to do their own thing. You’d press the down button and the lift that would arrive would appear to be going up when it was actually going down. And the key cards to access the lifts required multiple taps - the decor of the breakfast cafe didn’t seem to match the COMO style. I went once and didn’t find it very comfortable - lack of under cover areas to lounge upstairs by pool - it’s all exposed to the rain (which was daily)

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay. Next to Paragon Mall, which has tons of things to buy and places to eat. Near Mt. E and all the doctors. Service is very good and they seem to be training a lot of staff, which I like.
