"Sunrise is the perfect location to base your sunrise hike up to Mt. Nemrut - just a 40 min walk up the mountain around 5:30am and you will be there for stunning views. The hotel is next door to the Muzekart entrance to the site so it is very convenient, and they provide breakfast and dinner since you are remotely located on top of the mountain. The drive up is very windy and dangerous up the mountain paths (but this is unavoidable driving to Nemrut) so would make sure to drive only with daylight and to follow the main road in and out. The hotel itself is spartan but has everything you need for a short overnight stay."

"Malatya is an interesting city, the hotel was hard to find due to all of the reconstruction and a bit away from everything. Finding food in the evening was challenging Staff were lovely and so very helpful!"

"The security guard and host were welcoming and friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and felt inviting. Also, the two armchairs were comfy, as was the bed. We slept well! The restaurant on the top floor was a nice addition as we enjoyed a late dinner after a long day's drive. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and variety of their breakfast items. We'll likely stay here again if we pass through Malatya again. As one would expect, there was some road noise since the hotel sat on the main road. We are non-smokers and somewhat sensitive to smoke, and our room (no. 208) was a non-smoking room (per our request). However, the cigarette burns on the counter and the faint smell of stale smoke indicate that it was once a smoking room. This room didn't bother us, but it would be better for the hotel to keep non-smoking rooms as such rather than repurposing them as "smoke-free"."
