"The biggest issue I had was the water in the room don’t work correctly. I notified the front desk and they sent someone to fix it, but it wasn’t fixed. The shower would turn completely off while I was in it. The sink faucet wouldn’t release water when you turned the nozzle on. The toilet wouldn’t flush everytime you tried to flush it. They definitely need to do something about their plumbing. "

"Room was nice and clean. Spa was broken and inoperable, which I expect to be working when it’s listed as an amenity. I saw no one there trying to fix it during my stay. This is also the first time stating at ANY hotel where they were unwilling to put lobby snacks on the room tab - a separate transaction (cash or card) was required to buy a bag of chips. Do better, Best Western."

"Great hotel near Santa Monica beach. If you are looking for a luxury feel, great amenities with very kind and helpful staff, Miramar hotel might be just the place for you. We only stayed for one night which was too short for a place like this. "
